We process all orders the same day received or the following business day. 
On orders requesting Purolator delivery we will process your order and courier your parcel to you the same business day if we receive it before 12:30 AM. Our mail is shipped from Mississauga Ontario.

HST & GST
Applies on all our products and services sold (records, CDs, books and shipping charges). Ontario add 13% HST. Other provinces add 5% GST

Average delivery time after we ship is up to 9 days

• 5-8 CDs or 10-18 45 RPM (or combination)  (900 g) 
  Ontario & Quebec $10.95, All other Provinces $13.95

Books & publications:
Basic shipping is included in the quoted Canadian dollar pricing

Air Mail Shipping
Canada Post does not offer air mail shipping. Some parcels may go via air mail as part of the basic service above or faster services below

• Basic courier rate is $29.95.  Sometimes several books can be combined in the parcel for the same price

Pickup at our Mississauga Office

In a real hurry? Any orders that exceed $60.00 can be phoned in using your credit card and picked up - usually the next business day. Sorry, this option is not offered on smaller orders.

Insured Delivery

We guarantee you will receive our parcel / delivery. If not received, we will replace the shipment or refund your money.
