We process all orders the same day received or the following business day. 
On orders requesting Purolator delivery we will process your order and courier your parcel to you the same business day if we receive it before 12:30 AM. Our mail is shipped from Mississauga Ontario.

GST & PST
Add 5% GST for all addresses in Canada (All records, CDs, books & shipping charges). Add 8% PST for all addresses in Ontario (All records, CDs & shipping charges) (there is no PST on books or publications). 

Basic Mail Shipping
Average delivery time after we ship is up to 9 days
Please add the following for surface shipping to Canadian addresses:

Records & CDs:

• 1 CD only $5.95 - This (lower) price is only available on orders placed directly (phone, fax, E-Mail) with us and is not available on GEMM (our secure server)
• Up to 4 CDs (or 9 - 45 RPM or combination) (450 g) $7.95
• Up to 8 CDs (or 18 - 45 RPM or combination)  (900 g) $14.95

Books & publications:
Basic shipping is included in the quoted Canadian dollar pricing

Air Mail Shipping
Canada Post does not offer air mail parcel post shipping. Some parcels may go via air mail as part of the basic service above.

Average delivery time after we ship is up to 1-3 days
Please add the following for Express Post mail shipping to Canadian addresses:

Records & CDs:

• Up to 6 CDs (or 12 - 45 RPM or combination) (750 g) - $14.95 - Ontario & Quebec, $16.95 - All other Provinces
• Up to 17 CDs (or 35 - 45 RPM or combination) (2.2 Kg) - $16.95 - Ontario & Quebec, $29.95 - All other Provinces

Purolator Courier
Next business day delivery is guaranteed
Please add the following for courier shipping to Canadian addresses:

Records & CDs:

• Up to 6 CDs (or 12 - 45 RPM or combination) (750 g) $39.95

Books & publications:

• Basic courier rate is $31.95.  Sometimes several books can be combined in the parcel for the same price

Pickup at our Mississauga Office

In a real hurry? Any orders that exceed $60.00 can be phoned in using your credit card and picked up - usually the next business day. Sorry, this option is not offered on smaller orders.

Insured Delivery

We guarantee you will receive our parcel / delivery. If not received, we will replace the shipment or refund your money.
