Courier companies do not guarantee delivery in a day or two to overseas countries - it depends upon the speed of your country's customs people. Some people wait a week or more - even with courier delivery (e.g., China, Mexico, most African countries)

Insured Delivery / Registration

We guarantee you will receive our parcel / delivery in every overseas country. If not received, we will replace the shipment or refund your money. 

However, if you live in Brazil, Croatia, Guiana, Indonesia, Italy, Nigeria, North Korea, South Africa, Viet Nam and certain other countries (due to very high losses experienced in your country's mail system) we must register the parcel in order for it to be traced. Postal registration costs an additional CDN$11.00 (plus the air mail charges above). If you choose to not pay for registration we will not insure delivery.
